Andrew Friebe, Founder and CEO of Re-Engage Consulting, is passionate about helping principals to integrate best practice, increase profitability and work smarter.

He has worked with hundreds of real estate agencies across Australia and New Zealand to help them to get the most out of their agency by developing a strategic business plan and implementing diligent planning and analysis.

Andrew is an experienced leader in the real estate industry with specialist skills in management, leadership, growth and extensive sales experience.

He has held numerous executive positions over the years including Managing Director for LJ Hooker SA and WA, CEO of Harcourts SA and recently Global Chief Operating Officer for Harcourts International.  

As a passionate and creative leader, Andrew prides himself on sharing insights and tools that turn strategic plans into results. 

Luke Thomas - square grey scale

Luke Thomas, Chief Commercial Officer, PropTech Group, has over 20 years of experience within the technology industry with 12 of that being proptech centric.

Prior to his appointment at Website Blue in 2011, Luke led the mobile and wireless technology sales channels for companies including Optus, AAPT & Telstra.

Luke has also founded technology solutions within the proptech industry and is a Non-Executive Director of Tenapp and a shareholder of an Australian-based technology not-for-profit.
